Receptionist / Houston, TX


The Receptionist provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties.

Requirements / Must Haves

  • Answering/transferring phone calls and welcoming guests
  • New hire set up such as assisting with onboarding, ordering business cards, and programming access badges
  • Coordinates interviews and maintains conference room schedule
  • Maintain stocking and ordering of office and breakroom supplies
  • Maintain phone list and other employee information
  • Fax/FedEx/Mail Distribution
  • Printer/Plotter supplies and maintenance
  • Submitting building maintenance requests
  • Other Administrative tasks as needed
