DOCUMENT CONTROL

LOGISTICS

CAM provides an extensive list of procurement services:

  • Logistical Coordination 

    • We work with our clients' selected freight provider to coordinate shipments with the vendor and the field to ensure on time delivery of equipment to the site.

  • Expediting of Equipment and Materials

    • We provide a weekly expediting report with updated status of all orders issued.

  • Development and Issuance of Purchase Orders 

    • We are able to either work in our client’s system (SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle, etc.) or we can issue orders on our paper with a mark-up that is arranged with the client.

  • Expediting Vendor Data 

    • We work with the vendors and engineering on a daily basis to ensure that drawings are received and sent back in a timely manner. This assures that there are not delays in the production schedule of equipment due to data being late.

  • Field Material Receiving Assistance 

    • We work with the field to get packing signed documentation and issue this documentation to our clients for invoice reconciliation.
