Craig Pierrotti
Chief Executive Officer
Craig Pierrotti is the president and CEO, and serves on the CAM board of directors. Craig has over 26 years of senior leadership expertise in various aspects of the oil and gas industry such as commercial development, strategic planning, control of P&L, and M&A strategies. Additionally, Craig possesses a wealth of experience in global footprint development, commercialization, and partnership development.
Before founding CAM, Craig served as the Senior Vice President of Commercial Operations for the Oil, Gas, and Chemical Division at CH2M Hill from 2013 to 2015. During this time, he demonstrated outstanding leadership, relationship, and employee management, as well as the ability to oversee worldwide commercial growth. Prior to CH2M, Craig served as the Executive Vice President at Universal Pegasus International where he oversaw global commercial operations.
Kavon Rajabi
Chief Commercial Officer, Partner
Kavon Rajabi is the Chief Commercial Officer, Partner. He brings over 22 years of experience in business management and leadership roles ensuring the optimization and successful achievement of organizational goals. His areas of expertise include contracts, proposals, business planning & forecasting, business strategy & development, marketing, and communication.
Prior to joining CAM, Kavon managed a Global Sales Management team for CH2M’s Oil, Gas, & Chemicals division and a L48 Onshore/Offshore Inside Sales Team for Universal Pegasus International. Prior to joining the Oil & Gas arena, Kavon was an entrepreneur leading a successful residential development & construction company.
Jason Newton
Chief Operations Officer, Partner
Newton’s career spans over 18 years as a management executive and project management professional within the oil and gas and petrochemical construction industries. With a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Christian University, Jason specializes in onshore projects across a bevy of midstream transmission, compression, gathering, treating, and processing facilities. His skills include the development and management of project teams with discipline specific and interdisciplinary roles, tasks, and execution strategies, as well as handling upper management and back office management teams. Newton is proficient at strategic planning for business development, market penetration, and staffing.
In prior roles, Newton served as Director of Midstream Facilities, Facilities Engineering Manager, and Project Manager. Jason possesses a wide overall facilities-based knowledge of the upstream and midstream oil and gas industry. He is uniquely capable of coordinating lean project teams and executing fast track projects.
Ben Smith
Chief Financial Officer, Partner
Ben Smith serves as the Chief Financial Officer for CAM. Ben brings over 25 years of experience in both accounting and finance, spanning across the energy, engineering, construction, environmental services, water, and wastewater industries. He is a Certified Public Account (CPA) licensed in the state Texas and holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from Lamar University. His areas of expertise include strategy development, performance improvement, working capital management, financial planning, reporting, organizational design, system implementation, process improvement and acquisitions.
In 2020, Ben served as CFO for Linestar Integrity Services where he directed a team of 30 with a specific focus on process and system optimization to support anticipated growth. Prior to Linestar, Ben held the CFO position at Synagro Technologies, Inc. in which he served as business partner to the CEO and executive leadership team to influence and drive execution of critical business transformation initiatives in support of the full potential plan.
Ben is a dedicated leader, who inspires teamwork and drives change to enhance profitability and support growth with his strong communication and negotiation skills.
David Stroble
Vice President, Partner
David Stroble is a Partner in CAM Integrated Solutions, founded in October 2015, where he currently serves as the Vice President. David brings 20 years of experience in all aspects of the oil and gas industry. He is a Certified Public Account (CPA) licensed in the state Texas and Project Management Professional (PMP). His areas of expertise include Accounting, Finance, Project Controls, Contracts, Business Process, Strategic Planning, and Stakeholder Relations.
From 2012 to 2016, David served as the Team Lead for Production, Capital and Opex Analysts for Talisman Energy, USA’s Eagleford Division. During this time, he developed and lead the implementation of Project Controls and a reduction in spending, as well as an ensured visibility and success in all areas of Production, Capital and Opex reporting. Prior to Talisman Energy, he served as Vice President at Universal Pegasus International, where he oversaw Project Controls and Business Management Services, among many other roles throughout his tenure at Universal.
David is distinguished by his ability to succeed in a fast-paced, ever changing environment, as well as a passion for client relations, team building, and a commitment and focus on safety.
Jeff Crofton
Chief Business Development Officer, Partner
Jeff Crofton is the Chief Business Development Officer. Jeff brings over 27 years of experience in Business Development in the Oil & Gas Industry in the Upstream, Midstream and Downstream sectors. He has Sales/Marketing experience in the Distribution of Pipe, Valves and Fittings; Fabrication (Structural, ASME Code pressure vessels and Engineered Skid Packages); and Construction (Pipelines and Facilities).
Prior to joining CAM, Crofton served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Evers & Sons and Vice President of Corporate Accounts at Spitzer Industries. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University.
Brian McPherson, CPA, CGMA
VP and Chief Accounting Officer
Brian McPherson serves as the Chief Accounting Officer for CAM. Brian possesses over 35 years of Finance & Accounting experience within the oilfield, healthcare, professional services, and regulated utilities industries. His areas of expertise include designing and implementing sustainable business processes, leveraging systems to generate meaningful metrics, and developing effective finance and accounting teams.
In prior roles, Brian has served as Chief Financial Officer, Controller, Director of Finance, Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and Treasury, and Senior Management Consultant. Just a few of his key achievements include improving liquidity by implementing strategic and tactical business practices; increasing the capacity and capability of accounting teams through targeted coaching and training; developing and implementing corporate-wide policies process improvements.
He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Florida A&M University; is both a Texas Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Global Management Accountant; and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Holly Arnim
Vice President of Human Resources
Holly Arnim serves as the Vice President of Human Resources for CAM. Holly has been with CAM for 8 years and has proven to be a key member of the CAM family. Her areas of expertise include leadership, organization, designing and implementing processes, and communication.
Throughout her time with CAM she has been instrumental in CAM's success by serving in multiple roles including client relations, quality management, and document controls. Prior to CAM, Holly served in Human Resources which gave her a strong foundation for her current role.
