CAM was contracted to complete a top-to-bottom engineering design of the second greenfield central gathering facility for oil and gas production in the Permian Basin. As the second CDP in a larger series of developments, this site was designed with a full facility build out processing capability of 35,000, BOPD and 1750 BPD of water, and 150 MMSCFD of natural gas.
Cutting average lead times of 12 months to a record 6 months, CAM engineering teams completed the engineering and design phase, while strategic modular design of the project enabled pre-fabrication of all skid-mounted process equipment, vessels, pipe racks, etc. Coordinating with construction activities, the modular design allowed complete testing, paint and maximized piping and skidded equipment delivery.
CAM delivered high quality engineering and design, as well as extensive fabrication. In record lead times, CAM delivered fully integrated Inlet Separation, Compression, a TEG dehydration system, liquid-liquid separation, stabilization towers and custody transfer metering, and more.
